I was commissioned to create the image for the label of the first wine reference of a small ecological winery in the north of the island of Tenerife.

The client expresses his desire to represent an image of a still life or vanitas on the label, referring to the classical baroque painting where this theme is addressed. The challenge is to create a striking image that stands out from its competitors in the linear, emphasizing the great character of the wine itself and the determined commitment of the winery.

The image had to breathe a certain classic air, but it also denoted the refreshing spirit of the proposal and of this young company. The digital photographic composition in black and white addressing the theme of vanitas from a more contemporary vision.
