With the subtitle of "A female black look", the Municipal Culture Board, through its Library Network, organizes the seventh edition of the conference on thriller novels.
On this occasion, the presence of women in the thriller will be addressed from the stereotypes of “fatal women” to the contemporary protagonists, and from the masculine authors who build female characters to the famale authors who create male protagonist characters.
The event will be attended by Scandinavian writer Mary Jungstedt among others.

Eighth edition of the literary meeting on thrillers which will be attended by prominent authors of the genre who will present their latest releases.
During this edition, its most significant background will be analyzed, as well as its influence and adaptation to new digital formats. Its projection and survival of the genre.
The image is based on the premise proposed by the festival, playing with some thriller clichés. Putting the focus on the state of health of the literary genre itself, and the need to reinvent itself.
